User Testing

User Testing

User testing was conducted prior to the website’s launch with five participants, primarily parents and adults. All participants were able to navigate the site with ease and appreciated its simple, straightforward layout. Critical feedback highlighted areas for improvement, such as image sizing, font readability, and suggestions to integrate booking functionality directly into the platform.

While integrating a booking system was a valuable recommendation, the client preferred to maintain customer transactions through Facebook and Instagram, as these platforms were already familiar to both their team and their audience. Implementing such a system within the website would have been cost-inefficient and misaligned with the client’s workflow.

As a practical compromise, buttons linking directly to the client’s active social media platforms were added, ensuring users could seamlessly transition to their preferred channels for booking and inquiries.
